COMEDK PGET 2014 Application Form
Applications need to be filled online on the COMEDK website (www.comedk.org) after drawing a demand draft (DD) from a nationalised bank (see list below) for Rs.2250/- (Non Refundable) in favour of "COMEDK", payable at Bangalore.
Make sure you write your application number & your name on the back of the DD. Check for the banker‟s seal and signature on the DD. Check for the banker‟s seal and signature on the DD.
Send the application form and the following enclosures in an A4 size envelope by speed post or courier on or before 3 January, 2014 (before 5:00 PM) to the following address:

Documents to be mailed:
- Demand Draft for for Rs. 2250/- drawn from a nationalized bank in favour of "COMEDK"
- Printed Online Application Form.
The completed application form must have
i. Candidate’s photo should be pasted (within the box provided).
ii. Candidate’s signature (within the box provided).
iii. Left thumb, Left forefinger and Left middle finger impression of the candidate (within the space provided).
- Printed Online Date of Birth Certificate / Identity Proof (COMEDK copy). Date of Birth Certificate /
Identity proof: Is an auto generated document which is generated along with the application form. It is printed as Date of Birth Certificate / Identity proof (COMEDK Copy). This document needs to be duly signed by the candidate.
The completed Date of Birth Certificate / Identity Proof must have:
i. Candidate’s photo should be pasted (within the box provided).
ii. Candidate’s signature (within the box provided).
- Photocopies of All marks cards including that of failed year if any (First Year to Final Year university examination marks card/s).
- Photocopy of Attempt Certificate is a statement indicating the number of attempt one has taken to clear a particular subject/year.
- Photocopy of Internship Completion Certificate / Internship Completed Certificate.
- Photocopy of Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate / Passing Certificate / Course Completion Certificate.
- Photocopy of Registration Certificate / Provisional Registration Certificate or a receipt / an acknowledgement issued from the competent authority against applying for Registration Certificate.
- Candidates belonging to SC / ST of All India and OBC of Karnataka would be considered, provided they furnish the duly attested Photocopy of the following Certificates:
a. SC / ST : Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (Authorized to issue such a certificate but not below the rank of a Tahsildar)
b. OBC: Category 1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B: As notified by the Karnataka Govt. Caste and Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar or higher revenue jurisdictional authority authorized to issue such a certificate.
c. MINORITY : Religious (Christian) of All India / Linguistic (Tulu/Telugu) of Karnataka minority candidates have to produce certificate as per Appendix - V of Brochure (available on www.comedk.org)
Candidates who have not produced appropriate supporting documents for claiming the status of Religious / Linguistic Minority / SC / ST / OBC are liable to be considered as General Merit Candidates.
Note: Avoid stapling of Demand Draft to the application form, instead use clips.
Any Application received by COMEDK without these documents may be rejected.

Demand Draft from any Bank other than the above are not acceptable.
COMEDK PGET 2014 Online Test Admission Ticket
The Test Admission Tickets (TAT) for PGET 2014 will be uploaded from 16 January, 2014 on the COMEDK website (www.comedk.org) for all the eligible candidates for writing the Test on the Sunday, 2 February, 2014 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The Online Test admission ticket (TAT) will be available under applicant login of the COMEDK website; candidates should download and obtain a printout of the Online Test Admission Ticket for writing the COMEDK PGET-2014. No Test Admission Ticket will be dispatched either by post or courier or in person to the candidates under any circumstances.
Your TAT would contain the test centre details.
COMEDK PGET 2014 Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have successfully passed their M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. from an institution recognized by MCI / DCI and must have completed or completing their internship latest by 30 April 2014.
- As specified by both MCI & DCI, the minimum percentage of marks in the Entrance Test (COMEDK PGET-2013) for eligibility and admission to Post Graduate Courses shall be 50% for General Merit candidates and 40% for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes (All India) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) belonging to Karnataka State only.
- Please note that candidates who have appeared for COMEDK PGET during the last three years and selected a clinical PG Degree Seat and got admitted to any of the COMEDK Member Institutions are NOT allowed to appear for COMEDK PGET-2013.
